Dudley Creates x Urban Rooms

Urban Rooms are spaces where people can go to understand, debate and get involved in the past, present and future of where they live, work and play.
For this micro-commission forming part of Dudley Creates programme for Urban Rooms Dudley, I facilitated a set of workshops as an invitation for people to connect with their throughts, responses and memories to Dudley and the high street.
Beginning with a guided walk, we traced gestures, sounds and stories along our route, considering moments where we notice, listen or find relief in the local landscape.
These experiences were translated into relief prints, crafting unique printing cloack that serve as an interactive archive of these shared events.
